Five Element and Traditional Chinese Acupuncture (TCM)

Acupuncture offers treatments for both physical and emotional symptoms. For more information please see

Acupuncture is recognised by many medical organisations worldwide including the NHS who provide this treatment in pain clinics and hospitals across the country. I am an experienced and gentle practitioner, I have a very light needle technique so even the most needle-phobic are happy to have treatment!

Acupuncture is a useful treatment for many complaints that we have:

  • Pain related conditions: Joints, back pain, sciatica, nerve pains.
  • 'Autonomic nervous system' type symptoms: digestive problems, gynecology, headaches, sleep problems, breathing, circulation, temperature control, etc.
  • Emotional symptoms: stress, skin, depression, sadness.
  • General well-being: energy, optimism, metabolism, fertility.

If you are wondering if Acupuncture is suitable for you please email me, or leave me a message by phone and I will call you back. I am very happy to discuss treatments with you, there will be no pressure to make an appointment. Please also see my main website for more information.
