Debbie Egan MAR- Reflexology

Reflexology is a form of natural, holistic therapy based on the discovery that there are points on the feet and hands which correspond to organs, systems and structures within the entire body.

By using special pressure techniques to stimulate these points, imbalances in the tissues, organs and systems of the body can be both detected and effectively treated to restore balance and well-being.

Reflexology induces a state of deep relaxation and since it has been estimated that 75% of illness is stress related this is a major contribution to the return of health.

About Debbie

Debbie was employed by Suffolk PCT as the Community Nursery Nurse and Infant Massage Instructor in a Health Visiting Team for four years before establishing her reflexology practice.

Her work within the Health Visiting Service enabled her to develop comprehensive knowledge and skills in understanding and improving family health and well-being, leading to a special interest in women’s health and reflexology.

Debbie trained with Jackie Hamilton’s School of Reflexology in Norwich and qualified with the Association of Reflexologists. She continues to enhance and develop her reflexology knowledge and skills and has undertaken training in Counselling, Vertical Reflexology Therapy and Maternity Reflexology.

She supports clients with a wide range of health conditions which include Fertility problems, MS, Depression, Menopause, PMS and menstrual problems, Migraine, Digestive disorders, Back and joint pain, Sleep problems, skin conditions and asthma.

Debbie says “I love my work and take a warm, supportive and practical approach. I enjoy getting to know my clients and working with them to help improve their health and vitality, offering them a real alternative to, or support for their conventional treatment.”
